Who Are We?

Restoration Churches of God is a growing group of autonomous, sister congregations who have aligned themselves doctrinally with The Restoration Fellowship (RF) in Fayetteville, Georgia. And like RF, we are affiliated with the Church of God, General Conference, through which we support a Bible College and overseas mission work.

We believe that the religious reformation of the 16th and 17th centuries only went so far in bringing the Christian Church back to its original biblical faith. The needed radical reformation was never fully realized but is still going on in the hearts and by the hands of those striving to remain true to the testimony of the first century Church. We work mightily to restore the true Gospel message preached by Jesus and his apostles, and to lead men and women into a knowledge of the One who is God and Father of us all.

This work of restoring to a more biblical faith is not unique to us at Restoration Churches of God here in this generation. But we prayerfully pick up the mantle of those who courageously fought the good fight down through the centuries. When our lord Jesus, the miraculously begotten human son of the One God, returns to establish God’s Kingdom on earth, may he find us still diligently promoting and living by the faith he taught and lived.
